Ivy Real Estate Education Instructors

Ivy Beloff-- is a New York Dept. of State Licensed Real Estate Instructor. She was formerly a teacher in the New York Public School system for over 20 years, including a teacher & Guidance Counselor for the GED programs. She has equivalent to a Doctorate as a licensed Guidance Counselor and provides career guidance to all of her students. She has been a Real Estate Instructor for 5 years, teaching Salesperson, Broker, and Continuing Education courses. Ivy is the founder and president of Ivy Real Estate Education. She is also the president of SLC Conference Center. Other Experience includes commercial real estate investing and sales of properties for 10 years. She was Administrative Officer for the Department of Rehab and Medicine for The Department of Veterans Affairs for 11 years. Previously she was the Associate Director of The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Bellevue Hospital for 8 years and later a consultant for The Department of Quality Review for JCHAO. Prior to that she was junior accountant and controller at various firms. In 1971 she received an AA and in 1973 BA from Brooklyn College, in 1975 an MS in Education in School Counseling, and in 1979 Advanced Certification equivalent to a Doctorate from Brooklyn College.

John Rozsa-- Is a New York Dept. of State Licensed Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisal Instructor. He was formally a teacher of the New York Public School system for 15 years. He taught Junior High and High School students; Mathematics, Science, English, and History. He also served as a Principal of an alternative Junior High School for 2 years. He has been a Real Estate Instructor for 3 years, teaching Salesperson, Broker, and Continuing Education courses. For the last year he has been an instructor of Real Estate Appraisal licensing and Home Inspection courses. Other Experience includes; Involved with Co-operative apartment ownership for 15 years, A Seminar Leader for Landmark Education for 14 years, a designer and seminar leader of courses in the alternative fields for 10 years, and serving as Vice President of Ivy Real Estate Education for the last 3 years. Education; In 1969 he recieved a BS in Mathematics & Education at the City College of NY, in 1973 an MA in Sociology of Quantitative Research in Sociology at Hunter College, in 1976 an MA in Philosophy (ABD PhD) of Quantitative Research in Sociology at Columbia University, and in 1983 a Diploma in Computer Programming at New York University.

Andrew P. Mantovani-- NY State Real Estate Appraiser - Certified General NY State Real Estate Appraisal Instructor. Actively engaged in the appraisal of real property of all types, character, and magnitude in the New York Metropolitan area at “Mantovani & Lynch Inc. Qualified to teach all levels of appraisal courses including USPAP and the “G” series.
